We started the new year with completing one of my own interior design home projects. The living and dining area of our townhome purchased a year and half ago.

To create this design a floor plan and lighting plan were needed to ensure the furniture scale and lighting placement worked together and to ensure that we could specify the correct size furnishings.
This project features design trade furnishings and a few antiques and retail accessory finds.
We created three accent wall areas. A slat wall with electric fireplace and a painter mural with a geometric pattern. We even utilized the ceiling to add drama and interest by using a gold leaf pattered wallpaper.
An original resin painting was created for the dining area which complements the space perfectly tying in with the accent colors. Resin coasters were also created to accent the table decor as well as for functional use.
