Service Description

$1098.00 per room This service gives you a personalized design of one room in your home. You'll have an exact vision of what you need to design your space with a custom floor plan, finish board, shopping list with links to online vendors. This service is provided remotely including a presentation of your completed design on zoom. You will then receive an email of your completed design ready for your implementation. See the E-Design page for more information on our simple 3 step process. Select a date for your phone consultation and submit this $549 retainer payment to secure your project on our schedule. Remember to submit your questionnaires, floor plan form and photos at least 3 days before your scheduled call. Please submit all documents to info@yldesignz.com. We will also send you an electronic proposal letter for you to sign and return before we get started. More Details: Once payment is received and we begin work on your design, we cannot issue a refund. We stand behind our designs and if an issue arises, we will be happy to resolve it to your satisfaction. CUSTOMER MUST SUBMIT QUESTIONNAIRE, PHOTOS AND MEASUREMENTS IN THE PROVIDED FLOOR PLAN FORM PRIOR TO THE DISCOVERY CALL. This package Does Not include accessory selections for areas like shelves, coffee table, & bedding. Designs Do Not include custom drapery, millwork, custom furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms, only decorative lighting can be selected, and a lighting plan will not be provided. Most item are selected from trade vendors and few retail vendors. The maximum square footage for one room is 300 sq. ft. Combination rooms such as living/dining will be included as one room if under 200 sq. ft. If the square footage exceeds this an additional room payment is required. To discuss combination rooms contact us at info@yldesginz.com. It is recommended that the customer budget at minimum $8,000.00 per room not including the design fee. YL Designs Interiors cannot guarantee that the total amount will fall below this range. The remainder of the design fee $549.50 will be due before the zoom presentation of the completed design of your space. The customer should always double check measurements of specified items such as furniture, window treatments, hall and door openings etc. before ordering. If we are hired to measure, the customer assumes liability and should double check measurements before ordering. YL Designs will not be liable for inaccuracies in measuring or ordering.

There are no refunds for cancelled sessions

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot provide you with a refund but we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.
